Adobe Connect is a fun and easy supplemental tool available to faculty on a per request basis. This tool allows you to host live meetings with students, utilize webcams, share your screen, share and mark-up documents, record your sessions, and much more. This workshop will walk you through the basics of Adobe Connect, give you hands on experience with the tool, and provide time for questions.

Tuesday, February 19, 4-5 p.m.

RSVP to to request an online office of your own — and to reserve your spot in this training!

How to Participate in an Online Workshop

  • You will need a web browser and a telephone.

  • In addition, we would like to use video conferencing for as many people as possible. So if you have a webcam, we hope you will consider participating via video. (WARNING: Yes, this means that you will be on camera!) :)

  • Please log in 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the session, so we can address any technical issues — and so the meeting can begin on time. Thank you for your consideration!

  • You’ll find information about the teleconference inside the meeting site.

  • If you will be connecting to the online meeting from outside the US and need a local phone number to call, please contact Maya Frenklach in advance, so she can make the necessary arrangements.

Please note: All sessions are recorded for later, on-demand viewing.

(star) Adobe Connect Troubleshooting:
  • We suggest using Chrome, Firefox, or Explorer as your browser with Adobe Connect.
  • If you can't get the browser based version of Adobe Connect to work for you or you are on a Mac, we suggest installing the one time, stand-alone Adobe Connect Application.
