Confused about how some of the online tools work? Need tips on best practices? Want to share ideas with other instructors? Faculty Evaluation & Coaching staff host regular workshops, where you have a chance to talk with your colleagues and get answers to your teaching questions.

Unless otherwise noted, all workshops will be held online. See details on how to participate.

Daily Live Drop-In Sessions
You can find support for technical or instructional problems (as well as time-tested strategies to help manage your classes in Zoom or the LMS). These sessions will continue for the rest of the Spring 2020 semester. Coaches will be available live to answer questions every day, Monday-Friday.

How to Participate in an Online Workshop

You will need a web browser and microphone access for your computer or device, or alternatively a telephone, to join the audio.

In addition, we would like to use video conferencing for as many people as possible. So if you have a webcam, we hope you will consider participating via video.

Meeting links will be sent out to participants prior to workshops as well as information on how to attend.

Please log in 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the session, so we can address any technical issues — and so the meeting can begin on time. Thank you for your consideration!

You’ll find information about connecting to the audio once you join the meeting.

If you will be connecting to the online meeting from outside the US and need a local phone number to call, there will be options for other country numbers when you connect to audio.
