Crafting Effective Critique Feedback
Instructor feedback is a critical part of the learning process, yet there are many potential barriers to students actually receiving, understanding and implementing our critiques. We will examine sample feedback statements to identify effective strategies, and practice crafting comments that will help students both grow artistically and improve their work.

How do we teach creative process in our classrooms? In this workshop, we will examine R. Keith Sawyer's 8 creative process steps and review some highlights of recent research about the creative process. We will also discuss implications of this process and research for our classroom teaching, in both the online and inside worlds.
