Have questions about online teaching? Confused about how some of the online tools work? Need tips on best practices in online classes? Want to share ideas with other online instructors? Instructional Development staff host regular online workshops, where you have a chance to talk with your colleagues and get answers to your teaching questions.

Join Kevin Koczela in exploring students' attitudes and behaviors that lead to chronic procrastination in class. We will review early warning signs that a student is likely to turn work in late. We will also discuss strategies psychologists recommend for counseling and managing students who habitually put work off to the last minute.

These are phrases often used to describe our inherently dual-digital modern lives, but what do we do when we find that those very characteristics drain and distract us (and our students)? Jennifer Russell leads us in exploring the scope of the issues, learning how other educators find balance, and discovering practices to navigate our digital lives with intentionality.

How to Participate
- You will need a web browser and a telephone.
- In addition, we would like to use video conferencing for as many people as possible. So if you have a webcam, we hope you will consider participating via video. (WARNING: Yes, this means that you will be on camera!) :)
