  • Cultivating "Gritty" Students
It takes more than talent or intelligence to succeed as learners and artists. A student’s ability to aim for and achieve long-term goals will determine his or her future. In this session, Kevin Koczela leads us through a discussion of recent research on student tenacity and learn what teachers can do to promote grit, perseverance and resilience in the classroom.

Tuesday, April 14, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.  OR  Wednesday, April 15, 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
RSVP to jmichael@academyart.edu to reserve your spot!

  • Results of the Online Teaching Survey
